I would go back to this hotel many times over. Above and beyond customer service in every capacity. The staff were so friendly! The hotel was laid out very well with many photo opts . The beaches were pristine and very safe. The entertainment was fantastic. This place was quiet and not too busy good for a quieter individual. Lovely. Lovely!!!

my overall experience was good, the room was really nice, and clean, the ac was ok not great it took a whole day to drop the temperature to only 71, the restaurants and bars were good to, but i have to said we enjoy more the service and the food at the Catalonia bayahibe the family side of the hotel, you could have better attention from the staff, but that does not mean that at royal the service were bad absolutely no. in general i have a really good time, i would go again
